"The organization is very old fashion and sexist. They always give me the third degree as a man who receives benefits and child support. No matter how long they have dealt with me every month or so it's the same proving I have the kids, that I'm not trying to take advantage etc. They aren't in a good line of contact with child support agencies and they reduce my EBT not knowing I haven't received child support from my ex half the time. It's really driving me up the wall. Waiting around all day for call backs or calling and not getting answers half the time doesn't help."
