Central Dining Hall

"The place is disgusting. I have to thoroughly check the dishes and silverware I get to make sure they don’t still have old food on them. The place where you put the dishes when you’re done smells like rotting wet food when it comes night time, I basically have to hold my breath when I go in there. There never seems to be enough people staffed to keep up with the mass amounts of students. The soda machines run out of syrup constantly and at night the soda is flat. One time the ice machine spit out what looked to be white flecks of plastic into my cup. Some of the food looks very questionable and even unsafe to eat. I could go on. I hate that this school forces students to buy an expensive meal plan just to force them to eat at this dump. I would never step foot in this place again if I didn’t have to."

"The food has been good so far for me, a vegetarian. I usually have lunch and dinner here and breakfast at Trivette (where it’s a little better). They have had tofu and veggie dishes that have tasted good"

"As soon as you walk into this large dining hall, you immediately smell all the goodness! Many selections of different foods are available to choose from. Chefs on board. American, Greek. Mexican, street food, salad bar & even a Chic-Fil-A"

"Surprisingly delicious food for a college cafeteria. Definitely not the bland, institutional food that I expected. Well-run establishment by a new food service director who is also committed to sustainability and locally sourced ingredients."
