"I am completely disappointed with the service I had today at Harnett Health. I scheduled my appointment for today with them in July. I have been waiting three months for this appointment. When I arrive, the receptionist says “We tried to call you. Your doctor isn’t here today.” I did not receive one phone call, email, or message in myChart. There were several ways to communicate this to me before today. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable from a medical establishment. I took off of work to for this appointment and there was no resolution provided for me whatsoever. I will be looking for medical services elsewhere as I’ve been deterred by this experience. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Update: A CFV rep reached out to me and was able to get me into a different location the following Monday. They were absolutely lovely and I’ll be going there for my primary care now!"

"Honestly the providers are fantastic and me and both my sons have had excellent care there. However they do not answer the phone or call back at all. In the five yeara I've gone here this has been an issue. I've had to show up in person to handle simple things that could'vebeen handled over the phone, I've had to call many times to get a prescription only doing so because i harassed referals and they actually did something, and this week we have called 3 days in a row and left request on my chart because my oldest is extremely sick and needs to be seen. We have not received a call back or a response on my chart. They are now closed for the weekend and we will accumilate an ER bill. I'd love to give them the 5 star rating the providers deserve but not answering the phones and the nurses never calling back puts patience at risk."

"Highly recommend this place. My husband and I starting seeing NP Olivia Perry about 6 months ago and have been more than impressed. Feels like talking to a friend every time. The front office ladies are always so kinda and the practice manager Colby is super friendly."

"Both my husband and I became new patients at this office; did not like that it took 4 weeks for me and 6 weeks for my husband to have our 'established' visit; however Dr. Sloan was wonderful. She was friendly and we talked about everything I wanted to talk about on our first visit; they have called a few times to check on the new medications; they seem to really care about us. Nurses were not rude nor was the lady at the front desk at check in - check out lady was different but she could just have been having a bad day. Would defiantly recommend this office to others."
