"When I lived in KY I’d always make the drive to Norton VA for this vape store. It was the only one I’d ever go to because the employees were so knowledgeable. After relocating to the Tri-Cities, I was thrilled that there was a Planet Vapor in JC. I stopped in more than once, because I get that not everyone is on point with stuff every day, but I came to the conclusion that this wasn’t the store for me. Every visit the employees answered all of my questions with confused “it should”s or “I think”s. I’m completely open to trying again if the staff is ever up to par with the knowledge of what they’re selling."
