First United Methodist School

First United Methodist School, located in Hendersonville, North Carolina, has been serving the community for over 60 years. As a part of the First United Methodist Church, we believe that every child is a child of God and deserves the opportunity to grow spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically. Our Weekday School is licensed by North Carolina as a religious sponsored childcare provider, allowing us to offer extended hours for families in our care.

Our curriculum is designed to meet preschoolers at every level of development, helping them build a strong spiritual foundation based on the truths that God Made Me, God Loves Me, and Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever. Chapel time with our Senior Pastor and Children's Ministry Director is a highlight for our students, providing a fun and engaging way to learn about God's love.
