"Do not buy anything from this con man. He upsold us to a more expensive metal airsoft gun saying it was more durable and could take more punishment even being dropped but would still work for much longer. Less than a week later the clip will not stay in the gun. I called looking for help and instead of replacing or refunding they blamed me saying we damaged it and it was on us...nothing they could do to help. We did nothing but use the gun as intended (it was never dropped) but they would not believe that and continually blamed us in an extremely disrespectful manner. Garbage products and garbage customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Picture added and update. This guy just called me back 7 hours later after posting this negative review (that is true). He harassed me and was extremely confrontational about the review I left. He continually called me and my wife liars and never offered a mutual solution. I will be contacting the BBB to report his behavior, lack of customer service. Poor quality of the product he is pushing!"
