"Very happy with everything I've had done at Patterns. I've had new hems put in, material added to jeans and I couldn't be more pleased. I keep going back, very reasonable on pricing as well."
"This is a laundry location in Lenoir on Harper Avenue it been here for a long time. My business here has been hemming of pants for my young boy. The person doing the work her name is Wilma. She is a very sweet kind hard working lady. I highly recommend her she is amazing and just so yet again sweet and kind. It's hard to find someone that does such things around Lenoir so she gets behind at times. Still I recommend her very much."
"2.5 - 3 stars...She does good work but is not friendly at all, pricing is largely inconsistent & if you're waiting on the call or text she promises you to let you know your item is ready, well don't hold your breath for sure (I waited 2 weeks & never did hear from her, but my order was ready. I mean, why bother taking my #??). Also, call before you go because the hours she has listed on Google are not correct (unless they were changed after the suggestion I sent via Google)."
"Patricia is exceptionally skilled in not only alterations but teaching alterations. I live a few hours away but bring work to her because she is honest and I am always satisfied with her craft. In several occasions when I was unable to travel she taught me to make the necessary modifications or alterations I needed."
"I brought 4 items to have hemmed or repaired. I was Told that she would call me once my items were ready. I had to call 2 weeks after I dropped them off. When I arrived home I realized only 2 items had truly been fixed. A dress that had a tear in the front had not even been touched. I also brought a jumpsuit to have the strap repaired that has unraveled. By the time I arrived home the strap was broken again. Unfortunately this was not the experience I was hoping for."
