"Quick service , in and out. Very friendly."
"lately I have been very impressed with the service and the attention that the employees give each customer. This particular location has really improved in many areas"
"I just got gas. I normally stop here or further in Elizabethton. It just depends on where I am going that direction. The parking lot was a little bit more dirty than normal. I would give it a 4 star if it was cleaner."
"The updated pumps and card reader machines have been a disaster since they were installed. 'The card readers are not reliable and are inoperative most of the time except Pump #1 and yesterday it would not accept my Shell card. This situation, I know is well over a year in existence and all the clerks can say is we put in a workorder. The workorder should be for a complete change in card reader system. Its useless to have a cardreader at the pump when you have to go inside to make a purchased. If there was another Shell station close by I would go there instead of putting up with the failure of corporate managers to correct this problem."
"My husband and I grab something here everyday. Our favorite employee is Leslie. That lady is a hard worker and knows all of her customers by name. I would like to give 5 stars but I can't because of one employee. The older lady with white hair is very rude. She never bags our items. We always have to ask and she rolls her eyes, but having to carry 2 energy drinks, a sandwich, plus whatever my kids get is pretty difficult. I once saw her humiliate a young mother who was purchasing nachos for her children with her food stamp card. She said, "THIS is not what foodstamps are for!" Myself and a few other customers intervened and took up for the customer but she still left in tears...And everytime I see the old lady she isn't working. She is outside smoking even if the store is crowded. Long story short, we hate it when she is working and hope that management does something about her soon."
