"Very helpful. I like my psychiatrist. The only issue I have really had was a miscommunication on their end. In the fall of 2016, my original psychiatrist moved. So when the new one came in, she had my medicine called in. But somehow everyone else thought I had no medicine being prescribed at the time because my therapy case was closed. So I went through MONTHS of horrible withdrawal, becoming very depressed and anxious. When I started seeing my current psychiatrist, she informed me that she called a 90 day supply of medicine in back in October 2016. We both thought it was weird that I wasn't able to get access to my medicine. In short: Good place, but there needs to be clear communication."

"Caused more harm than good! Let me run out of my psyche meds and took me out of their system because THEY did not properly update my contact info and I am about to lose my job because of withdrawals from my strong psyche medications that are not affordable. They caused my insurance to be cancelled! And they seem to be in no damn hurry to fix their mistake!!! And they wonder why I am suicidal..."
