"I’ve been seeing Dr. Eric Carter for the last 6 months. My initial gripe from day one was how totally rude the front desk women were. Today took the prize when I came to pick up a piece of paper work with my personal information on it and no one at the desk seemed to know where it was. That is unacceptable, my personal info should not just “be on a nurses desk”. Dr. Carter addressed his grievance with me in the exam room claiming I had a “tone” with his front desk ladies. This alone was unprofessional, to corner me in an exam room. I will not be returning, and pray no one else does either. Awful experience from the beginning 6 months ago, what a waste of time."
"AVOID AT ALL COST! The staff is really rude and act entitled. The lady at the front desk was too lazy to get up and get a blank paper. The nursing staff clearly have no idea what they are doing. They are the highest paid nose swabbers I've ever met. They can't answer any questions and don't know the difference between covid and an ear infection. The nurse was super rude because I came in to ask a question and demanded I stay in the car. This place needs an audit. Save your time and money and just go anywhere else."
"I have been a patient at Dry Creek Medical Center for a few years now and I have found the staff to be friendly and kind. Everyone I have dealt with is very professional and understanding to my needs and if they can't meet a certain need, then they have no problem sending you to someone that can."
"I have been to many doctors before for many different medical reasons but l have never come across anyone as incompetent and inept as doctor Robin Harding. Why they allow her to continue to work there, even in the face of losing patients is beyond me. I do not know what she does on her time off, but I do know she is ill prepared to work when she is there. she has no recalling of the last visit and must use her tablet at all times and even then you have to remind her what pills need to be refilled and so forth. If you look at her experience on this page you will see that she is nothing more but a pill dispenser, and an uncaring one at that. I do not hate this woman personally but I must warn all of you what a worthless so called doctor she is. Totally Unbelievable. P.S. yes I no longer go there and actually it turned into a good thing as I have found a new very caring, real Doctor."
"I like my doctor. I like the staff. I disagree with the negative reviews posted here. On the negative side, however, I don't like the waiting room, with its TV locked to a cable channel that touts name brand prescription drugs. There are no magazines (maybe to prevent influenza spread?) and the whole place seems to be underwritten by pharmacy companies, from the pens, tablets to the posters on the walls. The corporate atmosphere of the place has been bought by the pharmacy companies, but inside there are some caring physicians. When you combine that slant to profit making plus add the defensive mass of paper meant to protect them from non-payment, it's not a warm place to begin with. If my doc left there I'd go where ever she went."
