"Went here to grab some treats with my dog and the girl behind the counter didn’t even look up the entire time we were in the store. My dog walked right up to her to say hi and she looked at him but then went right back to staring at the computer. Left without buying anything, there’s plenty of pet stores in the area with friendly staff."

"I was very satisfied with their service. They did such a good job with my pet. Haley was so sweet, kind and humble with my pet. It is so hard to find a good grooming place where you can trust your pet with someone but when haley came to pick my pet up to take her for grooming she had already made that trust that she will take care of my pet like it’s is her baby. I would recommend to go to only this place than any other grooming place. They are very booked and busy but it is worth it to wait."

"I was looking for treats that were recommended to me from a friend who loves the Woof Gang Durham store and had started grooming their dog there about two months ago. Always raving about their treats and toys, & friendly staff in person and over the phone. I didn’t even know they had a Durham store. Im aware of the Brier Creek shops so I decided to check this one out confident in my friend’s recommendation..Im not sure if I was a bother or nuisance but the lady at the front desk could care less to greet me or ask if I needed any help despite such a visually appealing store her demeanor was rather a contrast or sore thumb to it, and her nose was in a book not even acknowledging me the entire time I was there. The friendly staff my friend had encounters with for her appointments and shopping trips was clearly not the girl I saw a few days ago. Left such a bad taste in my mouth I did not even feel comfortable asking for help. Thankfully Brier Creek/Raleigh has multiple locations."
