After she was telling me that they would not refund my money nor give me another vape when the one I bought that was just out of the box did not work for 50 bucks and then threatened to call the law on me to get out of the store all because she was doing the wrong thing. The company informed me they do not operate in that way that the lady was wrong that the store gets paid regardless the sale or not sell of the item if they have to pick up the returns that did not work or repairs any defects in the products this is the only place I've ever been in my whole life that did not refund money or give you something else in return for the product from which you purchased from them which was not valid or was defective or just plain out did not work. So I would highly suggest after speaking with the owners of alpine's hemp company and they address the situation as saying that the business that they had sold their product to was very much in the wrong and they were not doing any more business with them. Alpine hemp rocks as in the King vape store they need to shut that down or else get new employees that one girl ruined it all this is not the only time that I've had a problem out of her there's a bunch of people that has a problem out of her as well as matter of fact anytime you ever go by there there will be five or six kids standing in there and she is strutting around in there making an attraction more than a business. Places like this either need to rename their place and their business is being an adult entertainment place or else be a store that actually runs in 2023 and take care of your customers as you are taking care of by your vendors sad really people like this don't need to own businesses nor have people that operate them I suggest everyone that ever even the temps to go to this place You're better off going somewhere else or just going without."

"I love that they have signs up for people to know to try it in store before leaving! It explains that to try it out before leaving so if it is defective they can replace it otherwise you are stuck with it which is reasonable with people just trying to get free things!
