"It’s really frustrating leaving the hospital at 5:30 on a Saturday night and then not be able to pick up my prescription because your pharmacy closed at SIX OCLOCK??? And then having to wait until 10 am the next day to get it. Please change your hours, because this has been ridiculous."

"Worst pharmacy ever. They have no idea what they are talking about. Gave incorrect information about my insulin and needles and I would think this is something that they come across daily?!? Thankfully I work in healthcare and I know what I’m doing. And not helpful at ALL. Thankful that there is another Walgreens in this town that are on the ball and the best ever!!"

"Scheduled Covid PCR test, arrived in drive thru as instructed, was told they don’t have supplies, then they said they have them, but we need to come in so we don’t block the drive thru! We had Covid symptoms including high fever. 2 days later, no results. I called, was told to contact Aegis labs. Contacted Aegis labs, they never received the sample! Called Walgreens back, pharmacist says “I don’t know what to tell you. I don’t have a tracking number. “ He also told me that was the only Covid test they’ve had in 3 days! This place is a joke. Not many bright bulbs working there. It’s plain pathetic the customer service at this location. Wish they could get it together. Main Street King, NC"

"Scrips sent to pharmacy at 8 am. It’s almost 6 pm and still waiting on one of them. Told at 9 am they would be ready in 4 hrs. Apparently out of one and instead of transferring to another pharmacy that did have it (but was told by Walgreens personnel in two calls that it had been transferred to Walmart) went to pick up and found out the pharmacist had instead cancelled my script and called the Dr. for a new one. Still waiting….. The level of incompetence is astounding."

"Always a great place to shop here. I just did a review through there survey website as well. I work in King, and live in Mt. Airy. I started shopping for my wellness in Walmart, but they do not have everything I always need. I started coming to Walgreens in King, and the staff is always friendly and very nice and helpful. The atmosphere feels very peaceful and relaxed and I always find what I need. I am constantly returning here to get more and more products. Thank you Walgreens in King, You have now earned my business."
