"My children absolutely love this place. You supposed to bring your kid own snack bag and I forgot mine at home. They didn’t make a big deal, they gave my children snacks and drinks which was greatly appreciated. My 3 children have been attending for about a year now and they love it. I’ve literally never had any issues with them also the staff is very friendly. You definitely will be satisfied as a parent, your child will be safe and very well taken care of."
"Love this place. Staff is great. My mind is at peace knowing that this establishment is operated by a former teacher."
"We’ve been bringing our kids here for about 8 months. Everything about the place is amazing. The staff are very patient with my 1 year old as he whines during drop off. Overtime, he’s grown to be comfortable there & it’s reassuring. They also have a stamp incentive. Once you get a certain amount of stamps, you receive $10 off. Aside from that, the only downside is there’s a two hour minimum now in place. Edit - Our kids have been going here for well over a year now. I could say a million good things about the staff, as I absolutely love them. They are still very patient, caring, & understanding. My kids truly enjoy Kidspot. I do & would recommend them to anyone."
"Been sending at least one of my three kids (2,5,6yo currently) here weekly for a year and a half. Kidspot is a SAFE, reliable, caring, developmentally stimulating, and affordable, on-demand walk-in child care. The flexibility is just unheard of. You can drop your kids off here from anytime 9am-8pm (they close at 10pm) from Monday to Saturday for 2-4 hours per day. All the staff are uniquely qualified for the setting and I've never had any concerns about my child's well-being in their care (baby's diaper is changed often as needed, they're offered the snacks I provide, I can't recall any specific injury, not even a paper cut, on any of my kids after a kidspot visit, and most importantly they're usually content upon pickup and very willing to return the next day/weekend/whenever). You can also put credit on the books so you don't have the hassle of paying for each individual visit afterwards and can budget for childcare easily (you only pay for what you use so you don't feel irked like when you pay daycare tuition only to feel "robbed" when your child has several illness related absences, and you also get a 10% discount for every 10 hours paid for along with sibling discounts). They're generally very understanding about developmental delays/struggles as long as they can reasonably accommodate them (like they won't bar your mild mannered developmentally delayed 4yo just bc he isn't potty trained/proficient for instance, from my experience, fortunately a resolved issue now). Yeah I love this place and don't know how I made it through nearly 5 years of motherhood without it lol. It doesn't matter if you need to attend singular or routine scheduled medical appointments, take a class, get your vehicle serviced or just go home and take a nap from sheer exhaustion, kidspot has got you covered. I can only recommend that you refrain from sending them during their routine naptime bc there's not a separate quiet room. I never have bc the routine is the ultimate dictate but I'd imagine it'd be an unpleasant experience for all involved if your child gets cranky from being overstimulated, in a secondary less familiar setting and is due for a nap. But as long as they're not obviously ill and have a normal temp, they make the best of it. All my kids love kidspot and it's a part of my youngest's near daily routine budget permitting. It's only for 2-4 hours max (although I heard it's not a hard and fast rule, I'd inquire if you needed more than 4 hours). The staff are competent, qualified and friendly+caring and the owner is very involved and incredibly well suited for her profession, I've always been impressed by her kindness, patience and confidence. I always feel like my kids are in safe secure hands when I drop them off. I know that they'll be well attended to and respected as individuals when they're there. Can't recommend this place enough, they're experienced child care professionals, it's not much sunk cost to just try it out to see for yourself."
"Our kids beg to get to come play here even when we don't have somewhere to be. I dropped our boys (age 5 and 2.5) to take my daughter toma birthday girls day. She made me take her for a little bit to play with her brothers and I grabbed a nap in the card. Their reward program is ana awesome help too!"
