"I bought $454 boots and they sent them home with me in a bag! They told me I could BUY a hat box for $5. This is shameful! Also, the small red head lady who offered help as she kept walking, yet didn’t help, didn’t seem to care in the least bit about anything that I said about the boots or the box issue. Came off very careless throughout the entire experience. Value your customers more, it’s simple customer service skills."

"My husband was just in the same store last week and spent over $700. He recommended I go to purchase a pair of boots for myself. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I was in the store for over 40 minutes and no on greeted me nor did they ask if I needed any help. I watch them greet other customers as they came in. I put my boots back because I couldn't figure out the right size, so I proceeded to leave the store then I was asked. Oh, you didn't like the boots. You Was the first person that said anything to me. As I explained to her what just happened and the response I received was. Oh i'm sorry have a nice day. SMH do better"

"I am a huge fan of the Boot Barn but I am a little disappointed after my purchase at the Fayetteville, NC location. I normally shop the Jacksonville, NC store. I stopped in to purchase a new pair of work boots. I was back and forth between a size 11 and 12. The lady came over and asked if I needed help. I said yes, I do. She had to stop mid stride as she was not expecting me to need any. I explained to her that the size 11 was a little short and I was concerned that the 12 would start flopping on me. I asked if these boots came in a 11.5 and she said “once you get up to 11, they only come in whole sizes”. She said she could stretch the instep of the 11 but that would not do my toes any good. She also noted that the 12 should not stretch out and become floppy. Based on her recommendations, I purchases the size 12 and after wearing them for 8 hours they began to flop and are now very uncomfortable. I decided to go on the Boot Barn website and search for these boots and guess what, they come in a 11.5. I’m not sure if this woman need to make a sale or just did not want to take the time to help me but now I am stuck with a $200 pair of boots that I can’t wear. Very disappointed."
