"Couldn’t love this daycare more! Very friendly, clean, and open communication. Have never had any issues with my child’s care. At her previous daycare, she continuously got sick (in hind site, it was largely due to lack of sanitizing). All staff are amazing, feels like a big family. I never have concerns about dropping my daughter off here every day. Thank you buttons and bows for finally making me at peace with dropping my child off every single day."

"I can only speak to the infant room, but I was very upset to find diaper cream was not being applied when my daughter had pretty bad diaper rash for several days. Communication from the staff was lacking, as it took several days before the issue came to light through conversation. I do not believe the director/center understands daycare policies, specifically regarding storage of diaper cream in the infant room."

"We toured this center considering it for our childcare needs. We loved the staff and the classrooms themselves, however we ultimately decided we could never choose this facility for their blatant lack of security. My husband and I walked straight through the front doors and down both hallways full of classrooms and children before we had to start peeping into the directors office just to be helped and acknowledged. If I were there for an evil purpose I could have gladly did whatever I pleased ad no one seem to even notice that I was there. When I questioned the director about the lack of security the director merely told me that they knew everyone. I was astonished "what about the people you don't know!!!". Anyone can walk right up to the front door that is completely unlocked and walk straight into any of the classrooms with the children. There is no reception area for someone to notice that you're there and there are no cameras at the facility at all. The blatant lack of security at this facility should make it a one star daycare at best."

"Our family has moved away from the area, and we sorely miss Buttons and Bows. Our son is 22 months old, so I can only speak for the infant and 1 year-old rooms, but you will find the teachers in these rooms love your child - they treat them as one of their own. Ms. Connie and Ms. Marcia are two of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. Some drawbacks that limit my review to 4 stars is the lack of a kitchen and great lunch menu, and the sand and mosquitoes in the play area. But, they are both minor issues (sand dumps out of shoes, and the menu does meet standards with fruits and vegetables everyday). Our new daycare has top notch menu and a gorgeous play area, but the teachers are there for a paycheck (they all are, but you shouldn't feel that way). The quality of the teachers at Buttons and Bows will far exceed any amenities other places can offer. If you are deciding, go introduce yourself to these people, they will make you feel very confident in your decision."
