"Basing this review solely off of customer service because I love all Aldo merchandise. So today I visited the store in Fayetteville NC looking for accessories, preferably shades and a belt and when I go checkout the young lady Shareen takes my payment and proceeds to just hand me my items in no bag or anything so now I’m looking at her like are you going to put them in a bag? I’m not sure if she assumed because I already had bags I was suppose to drop my items in one of those but she then proceeds to tell me that their bags cost a dollar because they’re tote bags. Now I’m thinking she profiling me because why would you not give an Aldo bag for my Aldo items? I give her a dollar and 10 cents because I had already paid for my items with a card. All the while I couldn’t help but to think if I didn’t already have bags would she still try to give me loose merchandise to walk around the mall with?!"
