"MARIAH'S CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL IS A EXCELLENT DAYCARE. IN THE BEGINNING, WHEN I WAS CONSIDERING DAYCARES, AS A FIRST TIME PARENT, I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT DAYCARES IN GENERAL BECAUSE OF WANTING TO ENSURE THAT MY CHILD RECEIVED THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE. UPON ARRIVAL, MY FEARS WERE INSTANTLY PUT AT EASY. THE STAFF ARE SUPER IN ENSURING THAT MY CHILD HAS THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE. THEY HEARTFULLY CARE ABOUT MY CHILD. IF I HAVE CONCERNS, THEY IMMEDIATELY ADDRESS THOSE CONCERNS. I COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU GUYS DO!"

"This child Care center is horrible. Do not enroll your children here. The owner yells at her staff, highly unprofessional, and never seem to be in ratio. On tio of that none of the teachers have an education. If you are looking for a center that is a stepping stone while your in school than this is the place. If your looking for quality and education than please keep searching."

"Well after careful review I decided to write this review. I will start by saying PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD!!! The daycare director Mrs Betty is friendly and accommodating at first when you are starting the enrollment process but after you are accepted then the real Mrs Betty comes out. This daycare to the naked eye looks nice and child friendly but after about 2 days of your child attending it gets ugly. I was told I nor my child's grand mother were welcome to come and sit and have lunch and circle time with my son also that I was asking to many questions. The director actually said my questions was like I was trying to find something wrong with her daycare. She advised me that I was asking to many times what was the student to teacher ratio (in the state of NC its 5-6 to 1 in this daycare it was 10 -12 to 1 with what she calls a floater (illegal by the way). The 1st 2 days I went to pick up my child he was in like a trance he looked right at me but was scared to get up out of his seat (this was an indication to me that they are fussing and yelling) at ONE YEAR OLDS to stay seated!!!! I would call each day once a day to make sure my child was ok to sometimes speak with his teacher then sometimes I would speak with whomever I answered the phone. Mrs Betty told me that my sons grandmother coming to eat lunch and sit for story time then take him home was unwanted and that it was a distraction and that even in that small gesture it was as if we were looking for something wrong. My child also carried the fear of being yelled at over to home because he would be sitting in a chair at home and as soon as an adult was out of sight he would get up (typical one year old) but when he would see and adult enter the room and he was not sitting he would have a terrified look on his face as he clamored his way back to his seat (brought tears to my eyes).There was a time I went to pick up my child and i heard music playing (my child loves to dance and sing) so i was sure that he would be up and dancing when i opened the door but low and behold all the bigger kids were up and singing and my child and another one yr old were glued to there seats not moving not interacting looking in a trance this was very disturbing to me. But before i could ask what was going on and to state I was noticing these differences in my child I was told he was not welcome back and please do not return. He was in attendance of this daycare for 9 days total. Please read this carefully and reconsider taking your child to this daycare they don't like questions or concerns directed their way when it comes to your child. AGAIN DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS DAYCARE DONT DO IT!!!! There is also full documentation on nc childcare.nc.gov website that she has been sited for over crowded class... and a additional friend who's child was there moved her child out so to class size and ring worm infestation.
