"We enrolled our son in the preschool this fall. Over the course of the 4 weeks we were there I personally witnessed bias and racist treatment of other children of color. I spoke with the administration both Mrs Susan and Mrs Debbie and nothing was done about it. The teacher Mrs Elaine was able to continue to work in the classroom. We and 2 other families of color removed our children from this unsafe environment. I spoke with someone from corporate who reassured me they would launch an investigation but the teacher is still teaching there months later with no apparent action being taken. I just saw video footage of a worker in that facility taping a little child’s mouth. I am hoping the facility will have some authorities looking into there workers actions and mistreatment of the children enrolled in the school."

"Had high hopes for this place, but was severely let down. Their was a huge lack of security in the building. Often times I entered the building without anyone's knowledge and roamed the hallways looking for a teacher that was suppose to watch my kid. Never felt safe or reliable. I ended up removing my child after just a few weeks. There were times we would pick up our child and the teachers were on their phones while the children were sitting unattended."

"We have had such a great experience with Chesterbrook on NW Cary Parkway that we drive 30 minutes to go here! They are very open with communication, we get multiple daily pictures and updates on their easy to use app and the teachers we have met so far are so caring - Ms. Moneisha and Tasha. They do activities with art, music, sensory and language development. Our daughter started in infant class at 7 months and has thrived. We would recommend this daycare/preschool."

"We love this preschool! My daughter’s teachers are awesome. Pre-K room 14 it’s a structured classroom and fun- my daughter has learned so much since starting in January 2023. The front office team is well seasoned- they’ve both been there a long time.. I highly recommend this school!"
