Dave & Buster's Cary 1111 Walnut Street, Cary, NC 27511

"No one to help the door, upon entering. Looked like a chaos disaster, free for all. Super, and I mean terrible loud. Front two machines broken that you buy power cards at. Charity game right up front, first seen make a wish games broken. Star wars game broken, other games off-line turned off broken down. No people working the game room floor at all. Finally got the powercard from a machine in the back. Only one person working the game redeem booth, with no less than 6 people wanting help. I saw one bartender and two wait staff working at one pm ....with the majority of the tables full w diners. I wanted a lunch opportunity, but there was no one to order from. Felt over run, dangerous, chaotic and unpleasantly crowded. If anyone wanted too, the charity auction table items could've been free samples as no one was staffing the restaurant. By the way, I was one of the first customers in Dave n busters at the old torn down mall and have visited Dave and busters in this location several times. The prices to play games, eat and drink are getting very high, and I no longer recommend this location for any type of families. I played games, I landed on this 1000 ticket winner spot at least twice, but never got tickets added to my card...what a terrible visit this time, just bad enough to cause a divorce between Dave and busters and me."

"If you’re coming for games you’ll probably enjoy yourself despite the VERY tight quarters of the game spaces. There was a pretty long line for the prize space but that’s expected. If you’re coming for food I suggest choosing somewhere else. It took forever for us to even get our appetizer and after waiting nearly an hour for our entrees they were all stale and flavorless as if they had been carelessly made and left out. Fortunately, our waiter was very friendly and professional and gave us our requested comp for the worst dish, the nachos pictured. We had fun during the games but have sworn to never eat here again."

"Employees weren't professional. Had three at the counter and only one would help. Employees talking about how much they wanted to leave work early and date nights, that their personal conversations were more important than waiting customers. After driving an hour and a half to this location and being inside several hours while standing at a coin pusher, had two fleas jump on my leg, biting me in the process. Fleas shouldnt be in an arcade. Not a very large selection of ticket games, and only two, very rigged claw machines. Multiple games kept getting errors and employees were constantly having to fix issues. Very loud music and atmosphere. Very disappointing experience at this location. More than likely won't return here. Edit: After corporate guest relations replied to this review I contacted them as suggested. In response I received back a very generic copy and paste email that didn't really address the issue. No compensation was offered by the company. Getting bit by fleas is highly unacceptable and they made no mention in their reply. Guest relations has scripts they copy and paste to reply to customers. Just like this location, guest relations also fails as a part of this company. Rating changed from 2 to 1 star."

"Atmosphere: It's MADE for the sporting experience. THREE wall to floor screens and television all around the bar. The volumes you feel like you're in the stadium. The game side has games of skills and luck. You can purchase and upload your card to play games. Service: Great service. It took a moment to get seated. The server was attentive, responsive, and friendly. She completed every request with accuracy. The food: Monday and Thursday they have all you can eat wings for 23.99, I think after 4 pm. The wings are OKAY. You can choose from. Buffalo and honey BBQ. I like my wings fried hard."

"This is a great place to come and watch sports and let your kids run around and have fun. Food is not bad and I really enjoy the Korean sticky ribs. Good place for some easy fun. Worth a stop if you have never been to one, but not to different from any other Dave and busters."
