"Shopped here many times, first time review. Easy to get in and out. Clean store, friendly clerks and pharmacy staff. While there’s usually a line, it goes quickly or they tell you how much longer it will take. Very satisfied with their service."

"Don’t send your prescriptions here!!!! They won’t answer your call after 15 minutes holding and continued being put on hold and then they hang up on you. Called back to speak with a manager and same thing happened again. Walgreens has the worst customer service at all if it’s locations!!! I think I’m done with Walgreens."

"I waited in line in the drive through for 10 minutes. Then I gave up and went inside to wait another 5 minutes. When it was my turn, no-one helped me. I had to ask if someone could help me, explaining that I had already been waiting outside. The pharmacist put me off, then waited on another customer in the drive-through before waiting on me. This is unacceptable. Some account has to be made about who is waiting where and for how long."

"We were in the process of relocating to Chapel Hill when life shut down in January. By March, prescriptions needed refilling and new doctors weren’t open. We contacted our Sarasota physicians offices and ran the refills through this Walgreens. Florida could not get it done right. My wife’s hyphenated last name, sent it to the wrong place, the insurance didn’t connect, faxes went unanswered —the pharmacy manager made several calls trying to get them to just phone approval. We were grateful for Walgreens’s support"
