"The care my child received from her teachers while here was phenomenal for the most part. I rate this location with 3 stars because of the price gauging I’ve experienced. We had no choice but to enroll at a higher priced location due to the daycare staff shortage in this area and other locations being fully booked. That being said, the owners can’t possibly think is fair to charge their customers for an entire week when they voluntarily shut down in December for an entire week, not a few days, the entire week. And I’m still expected to pay a full weeks worth of tuition. With the economy the way it is, these practices are disgustingly greedy to me. Additionally, beware that if you end your agreement early, you will be charged for a full 30 days. Regardless if your child is in attendance or not. Just give it serious thought before you commit. These practices should be illegal. On top of that, I wonder how much their staff is paid."
