"I love this theater. Good seats, friendly staff. Last time we visited, though, the theater had not been cleaned prior to our show. We had to leave the movie 5 minutes in because there was no heat. Even heated seats weren't enough with my jacket on. It was really cold. I will go back, but hopefully they will clean the theater before my next visit and the heat will be back on."

"Not clean. Movie time was 7pm but started at 7.30 pm. Screen 8 needs renovation. Sound quality is good. Liked heated seats and recliners. Spacious seating. Overall ok."

"Came here since, unfortunately, the Chinese lantern show was canceled. This place needs a big upgrade. You walk in and get hit with a weird smell. The bathrooms are nasty, the trash smells near the movie doors, there is popcorn and trash all in the theater, holes in the ceiling, along with the seats almost worn out. We got popcorn, and it tasted like it was popped hours ago and had just been sitting there all day. Concessions also closed while we were watching our last show, which wasn't a big deal in the end since it wasn't worth getting a refill. It's not a place I will be visiting again. I'll stick with my original AMC place."

"This is the worst theater in the Triangle area that is not an AMC Classic. Every time I’ve gone here I’ve completely regretted it. Today is the last time that I will be back even though it is the closest to my home. Every show room I’ve been in, the projectors are horribly misaligned and distorting the picture. The quality of the picture is also so horrible in comparison to all other theaters I’ve been to in the area. My QLED tv at home is better quality than the projectors at this theater. The first time I ever went here was for the latest showing on a Tuesday night—the AC was out in the middle of the summer and it felt like a sauna in the theater room that was showing the movie I picked. Instead of canceling the showing, or letting us ticket holders know beforehand, OR moving it to a different theater room that had AC since there were plenty that were empty, they did absolutely nothing about it. Since then, I’ve been in 3 different theater rooms there to really give it a good shot and all of the screens look misaligned, out of focus picture, lights on in the theater room during the movie, etc. I really, really tried with this location but I am never going back."

"Not what it once was. Upon arriving you can tell the place is not maintained, we arrived for the first show of the day and the place was a mess, popcorn everywhere. Drink stations were out of order. Got to my seat and it wasn't plugged in so no reclining. I'm currently in my seat 15 minutes after show time and the movie hasn't started yet. Just skip this spot and go to one of many other options."
