"Went to this 7 eleven for coffee and some doughnuts. I was charged for the coffee even though my 7 eleven app had a message that read "Congratulations on redeeming your free drink" after it was scanned. The manager refused to give me another drink OR refund my money. I mean seriously dude a $.99 drink? His response was that he has nothing to do with what the 7 eleven app says. I was told to call the 800 number. So what's the point of having an app if stores can refuse to honor them? Horrible customer service. Will not return again. I'll go out of my way to go to another 7 eleven!"

"HORRIBLE! Just left at 12:00pm. Cashier on duty was HORRIBLE AND RUDE WHEN I TOLD HER someone had put feces everywhere and the water didn't work. She didn't care and said she wasn't going to clean it. I told her that's nothing she can fix that it required maintenance, just being informative to people will get you horrible customer service at times ; ("
