"My husband accidentally got the order mixed up so I went in 5 minutes after his purchase to return and exchange. I was told I needed to meet with the manager and I did. He processed the “refund” for me and stated to insert my card, etc. I did this three times and he stated it was not working. He said he would “reset” the machine. Come to find out he charged my card an additional $80 and stated he needed to keep my original receipt since he processed the return. Now I have been charged for merchandise twice that I did not keep and having to dispute with my bank. Hopefully this was an honest error as staff members were nice and welcoming."
