Reach For The Stars Learning Center

"Terrible place. They sent a letter home saying they wouldn’t feed any of the kids if both their name + date wasn’t on EVERY item in their lunch bag. Mind you a lot of things will wipe off depending on the material… there were days my three year old would come home STARVING eating EVERYTHING. He hated being dropped off there but anywhere else and he’s ready to run off and play. I noticed one of the daughters who worked there lightly shoving my son when I picked him up to get him so he could get out the fence and get to me faster. I walked in to an infant screaming one time and the owner herself didn’t attend to said child until she saw me. There’s a lack of empathy from majority of them except the one who teaches the 3/4 year olds I believe. I don’t remember her name but she had long dark hair and is one of the leaders there. It’s not diverse at all. There’s no real support / inclusion because every time I picked my child up he was playing off by himself. There’s a better daycare out there and probably for less money!"

"My grandson has been at Reach for the Stars for over two years and he loves it! His teachers are best and always treat him with respect. I have never had any problems with their payment requirement (paid by the Friday before ). It can sometimes be difficult if they have to close for a death in the family (which only has happened once in over 2 years), but that's the offset to having a small, family run, caring day care. I would recommend Reach for the Stars to anyone looking for loving, quality daycare for their little one."

"I have two children at Reach for the Stars, and they love it there. The teachers create a caring environment by planning fun activities and loving on the kids. My oldest daughter loves her teachers and even when we see them out in town, she runs to hug them."
