"Came to get my meds on a Saturday evening and the pharmacy was closed v at 6 pm . I couldn't get my meds filled that in NEEDED before heading back to SC. they advertise for 10pm not 6pm"

"I had scheduled an appointment to receive a COVID test because I was very ill with a high fever. Without a phone call or email to notify me, I found out upon arrival that they were out of the tests. The pharmacy technician then told that the Walgreens in front of the hospital was in stock. After driving to this other pharmacy, we were then told that they were ALSO out of stock. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional to not call the patient ahead of time to notify them that there are no tests left, on top of the fact that we were misguided to the other pharmacy that also had nothing."

"The pharmacy there is the best hands down. Sasha was so professional, prompt and courteous..I mean, does this ever happen? Great experience!"

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First, they didn’t bill my insurance company for the medication and told me “Your plan doesn’t pay for refills” which isn’t correct. I ended up paying out of pocket and called my insurance company after to confirm they did in fact pay for refills. However, what got me so upset is when an older lady asked about a medication, they were so rude to her and refused to help her. They pretty much screamed at her and another worker to help her. I watched the whole thing and this older lady didn’t do anything wrong. All she did was ask about her medication and then employees made fun of her and were rude."

"The cashiers up front are always kind and helpful. Pharmacy is hit or miss because I've definitely experienced rudeness for no reason at all. You will be on hold for too long every time you call the pharmacy. Tonight I waited on hold for over 30 minutes to ask a simple question to the pharmacist. That's unacceptable no matter how busy you are."
