"The lady’s at the front desk on 2.2.24 at 8pm are the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in a ER setting. I came in for having a light spotting and cramping 9 weeks pregnant and I have been treated with such disrespect since I walked through there doors. The lady who checked me in was very rude when she asked for my ID and asked me to state my name and DOB, when I offered her my ID after telling her the symptoms I have experienced didn’t have the audacity to walk up to me to take my ID I had to walk to her. the Second Lady who called me back for my vitals was extremely rude stated she called my name twice while I was getting a snack and proceeded to say she already called the next guest and told me to have a seat very rudely, but processed to call me “friend” when she called me in for my vitals. I was asked to provide a urine test which I performed and was waiting to hand back to the said lady, while one of the receptionist saw me waiting for 5mins until she decided to speak to me and told me the other receptionist will take it once she is done wiping down her space, said receptionist proceeded to take my urine sample asked me to state my name very rudely (even though she just came into work, no need for an attitude) and threw my sample across the desk. I have never experienced such but rudeness at a doctors facility. I will NEVER return to this location again, even if i am in labor, I would much rather take my chances then be treated so poorly ever again."

"Was wondering why they mistreated me for years comes to find out their doctors lied on my chart in 2016 and now have over 26 diagnosis. This hospital lost its humanity I rather drive out of state, doctors will tell you to suffer just to drive to GEORGIA and find out I had kidney stones. Meanwhile they said it was “Covid” sincerely disappointed on the staff. My information was leaked due to their my chart hack. Tried fixing it but nobody can do anything however they will contact you to bill you but not to update you on a complain. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AVOID ALL NOVANTS"

"The ER staff was essentially fine minus a couple of glitches. Nurses in the main hospital are almost worthless. One or two of the nursing residents were fine. The worst was that the nurses didn't follow doctor's orders. They went totally commando, basically wrote their own orders."

"This was by far the best hospital visit I ever had. From the front desk (Briana) all the way to the back (Dr. Sullivan) they were nice caring and helpful. Bedside manner was immaculate and I would recommend to anyone!!!!"

"I took my 85 year old Mother who HAD dementia for heart problems. The ladies at the emergency desk were nice and sweet, however the redheaded nurse that yelled in my Mother’s ear to get one the table, not so much. Honey, you better be glad I decided for my Mom’s sake you are not worth it and if I knew she was gonna to die that night, I would have let you have it there and then. Does this make you happy??? This is not sour grapes, I would not recommend This hospital to anyone. I was there for 3 hours after she died and not one doctor came and talked to the family, I had to call my Mom’s primary to find out how she died. I will say the ladies and the Chaplain (Charlie) were amazing."
