"It's a rehab no long term care just collecting money they feed you and give you some meds but let's get real there is no long term care. I've been many times but looking back after 15 years I give. If you're in pain be careful and LIE.they are looking for addicts they have lost their medical background because you might be taking 1 pill more than prescribed (Give me and All a break. I'm screwed because I took CBD gummies Good luck to you"
"I have a son there right now and he have given the staff permission several times to speak with me about his situation and I received nothing He went in on the 19th and was told he would be released on Friday the 23rd. They get his hopes up and let him down. If I could get the right information on him I could explain to him so he would not feel so hopeless about his recovery"
"Ive been a patient there 3 times over the past 17yrs. Each time, I received good care from a kind and adequate staff. My second stay I received 9 Electric Shock Treatments. I was hesitant at first, yet my family and friends said i had great improvement in my mood and overall happiness after receiving them. My last stay was only a few weeks ago and they changed some, and regulated other medications. Brought on after I had at become a widow at 50, after 21yrs of a wonderful marriage .This is the best I’ve felt mentally and emotionally since his passing Dec. of 2020. The food is fantastic as well. The only shame in mental illness is not seeking professional help and not taking the meds prescribed to you, if you can rationalize at all and if not, hopefully, a family member would get you some help, if you are fortunate. I’m definitely pro nut house lol, as needed. Thanks to the entire staff. I also commend the cafeteria staff, as there food is always excellent!!"
"In a time when many people have no health insurance our family member was not turned away. I have read many reviews and understand that perceptions vary greatly. But when a person is having such severe mental health concerns that they are admitted for care ... they sometimes can't understand, accept or agree with decisions that legally have to be made for them. Mental health is complicated and I believe that the staff there have been very open to all communication and concerns within our family. They are all human beings and are not perfect. They care, they call and they understand being on the other side. I appreciate the services they have provided to our family member deeply!!! I would rather my family member be there than in a graveyard.... I wish that everyone who has mental illness themselves or within their family seek help. Sometimes our ways don't work and we have to take that first step out of our comfort zone to be receptive to help. Thank you to all of the staff!!!"
