"Quest's website shows that this is a walk in site for drug test screening. Check in process shows that they do not take walk-ins at all, and to schedule an appointment.. very much annoyed"

"If I could give this facility less than 1 star I would. Check in is not a human it's machines. The lab tech that did the blood draw had major attitude issues and was super rude to me. I did not feel comfortable. I felt like I was inconveniencing her when she's supposed to be there to serve the patients. When I would ask questions she would huff and puff before giving a response. She was uninformative and wanted to withhold the information I was asking regarding result times and basic things patients have a right to know. I have never had this type of encounter at a lab facility before. Typically people are friendly, informative, and have a smile on their face. This lab tech was everything but that. Horrible service and attitude. I suggest if you need a blood draw go to another clinic if you want to be treated like a paying customer."

"Destiny is the most repulsive human I have ever encountered. The fact that anyone would hire her, let alone in a medical setting is astonishing. Stay far away from this place.. there are much better options. And for anyone reading this, I wish you the best of health and may you be blessed."

"Today was my first visit to Quest for some recent labwork that my provider ordered. The check in was a self-service kiosk that was easy to use and after checking in I had a brief wait as I had scheduled an appt ahead of time on their website. I was greated by Carletta who was very kind and took me back and I told her ahead of time that I have anxiety when it comes to blood draws and that I tend to pass out and once we finished with getting all my info verified she took me to another room where I could lay down and she just chatted with me like a friend to take my mind off things and next thing you know we were done. She waited with me while I ate a snack I brought and made sure I was feeling ok to leave. It was a great expierence and I will be back when future labs are needed even though they are across town!"
