"This rating is due to this recent visit alone. We have 3 kids and 1 on the way, so we have been going to this imaging center quite a bit over the last 10 years. 90% of the time we have had a great experience here. But there is a few radiologists that either had something going on in their lives at the time, or are just rude and need a refresher course on how to communicate and interact with their patients/customers. Christine was our radiologist today. It was very slow and so they wanted to move my appt up to 8:30am, but the appointment was scheduled for 9 and my husband was driving from work to meet me at 9 so I told them I would rather wait on my husband and that a costumer/patient with a later appointment could go in my place. Instead of being understanding or resolving the issue Christine became quite agitated as she interrupted me in mid sentence telling me to just get back there and get ready in such a manner as if she was talking to a child. I didn’t want to make a scene so I bit my tongue and walked back to the room, however still intending on waiting for my husband. I was met with this same demeanor 3 more times throughout the visit for the same reason, and my husband was present for the last brash response. Last but not least we had told her 2 different times we wanted a CD record of our visit. She told us she would rather not, it would be more convenient to just to take pictures of the screen with our cellphone. Our second attempt was right before we walked out, her response was we can call back up there and get one if we really wanted it. All these years we have never been denied a CD record of our visit. This is the absolute worst experience we have received here by far!"

"When my appointment was made, I was given the address for the office near Concord Mills (7756 Gateway). Showed up thirty minutes early as requested only to be told that my appointment was at the Gateway office near the Concord Hospital. I quickly drove to that office with five minutes to spare prior to my MRI. They (MRI technologists) would not see me because I did not allow extra time albeit they knew the circumstances. This wasted my entire morning and still no MRI after waiting weeks. Now I am expected to wait, again, for another appointment, which is delaying any treatment I may need. This has caused much stress and feelings of neglect not to mention that I must rearrange my schedule. UPDATE: After speaking with the operations manager, they were able to reschedule me quickly (a few days afterwards) at another location. The treatment was kind and top notch so I am changing my one star rating to five. Hopefully my experience will lead to positive improvements in customer care and scheduling with less confusion about location."
