"Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Had already pre-registered online. I was asked to take a seat by Juan, who was very friendly and professional. Even though I had to wait for 30 minutes until I was seen, I still give this facility a five-star review. I was seen by a woman and man team outside in the MRI trailer. I was very nervous having an MRI and MRO. The woman asked me questions that I had previously been asked when I pre-registered online just to make sure the questions were answered correctly. She was very thorough. The gentleman answered any questions I had. He told me I would be “in” the machine for an hour and forty minutes. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I nursed to get an injection of contrast for the MRO. Was able to inject the contrast right the first time - no bruising at all!! In my opinion, I’d have to say this practice was very good. If I ever need another MRI or MRA done, I know where I’m going!! Definitely recommended!!"
