"I had a great experience at the center. The check-in person in the office was knowledgeable about the process for a screening mammogram versus a diagnostic mammogram and she was able to pass this information to a client in a professional manner. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was actually scheduled for the the following day. The office person offered to see if they could fit me in since I was there. It worked out and I was happy and grateful that I did not have to come back the next day. All staff members were helpful and very professional. This was my second mammogram at Baxter."

"10/13/2023 - Sticker shock After the previous encounter listed below, I rescheduled making sure that they now had authorization. I arrive today at the center and sit down at what I call "the car sales desk" only to find out that they want $1,967.00 from me today. I simply don't understand why they do not share this information before you spend the effort, time and gas to go to their center only to end up having to cancel. Suggest you try to get this detail out of them ahead of your appointment, that's if they will give you the detail, feels just like a car dealership! 10/06/2023 - No consideration I arrive on time only to find out that there is no authorization from my insurance. Individual helping me stated that they try to contact me, I received zero calls or email! Furthermore, just found out that the procedure request for authorization was only submitted the morning of my appointment. If I did not show up, I am sure I would be charged, however we as patients are not reciprocated for our lost 1/2 day of vacation, gas etc. Good reliable service is hard to come by."

"Be prepared to wait. Both visits was an hour before they call you back for ct scan. Had people That came in after me that was called ahead of me. The admitting staff has no clue of who is scheduled or not. Do not understand how they could be so inapt. Wish they would be better at scheduling and consideration of your time as well. Not professional at all"

"I went in for my 1st mammogram 6/2022. I went in and waited about 5 mins before I was called in for registering. I had already given all my ins info over the phone when making my appointment. my cards were copied, my info was all updated and i was called back before I could even open my book to read a chapter. The tech was very kind and helped me stay calm through the exam. She was very talkative an very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Will most f=def be going back here next year."

"I had a great experience getting my first mammogram here. Setting the appointment was seamless, and Carrie, the technician, was extremely kind and thoughtful in giving instruction and making everything as comfortable as possible. Everything was quick and convenient and I highly recommend!"
