"After six years, we are switching agents and we should have done so sooner. My experience with this location has been nothing but a headache. We have had the wrong vehicles removed from our policy twice and multiple requests dropped. The most recent removal of the wrong vehicle from our policy has me fed up. In addition, this office will call you asking you to call them back with zero context as to why they are calling. When you do return their call, they are either trying to upsell you insurance or they have no record of why they called. I would not recommend Charlotte Weaver's office."
