"Absolutely the most wicked and rude woman I have ever spoken to on the phone! I should’ve read her reviews first I would’ve known better than to waste my time and drive all the way out here to Banner Elk. I followed the directions to her address from the Internet, and when it took me out, swear I called her on the phone and she was so incredibly rude to me. I even told her that she was and I wouldn’t dare bring my clothes to her. Beware, locals, visitors, and tourists. Boone is only 15 or so minutes from here. Unlike the lady said in her other review, I don’t know how she could possibly stay in business. It’s sad that she must be such a miserable individual. I’ll have to pray for her, and when I get home, I’ll have to cleanse my own aura to remove her negative vibration!"

"Tina is amazing! I trust her to do everything and anything. She's done so many great things for me and is flawless. She is extremely busy like most tailors, so you may not be able to walk in to do something the same day, but she makes sure to change her schedule to meet with you. I don't trust anyone else because she is just so so good! She has a new location, so make sure to use the other address in High Country Square."

"The negative reviews are TRUE! BEWARE! This woman is a witch. I live locally and know others who have had the same experience. The rudest, nastiest person I have ever come across. How she stays in business I will never know. Probably because she’s the only gig in town. Boone is only twenty minutes away and I will be going there from now on for all of my alteration needs. I would travel three hours EACH WAY if I had to than take a single thread to her. You detect the foul attitude the minute you walk in the door. She is totally overpriced and takes FOREVER to do the job - 9 days for a snap on a shirt. And that was only because I called and asked for it to be ready after waiting seven days. Out of towners and visitors BEWARE. I normally don’t leave such negative reviews but this woman is rude, crude and insulting. She deserves every negative review she gets."

"The woman was incredibly arrogant and rude when I asked her for help with my dress. I read wonderful reviews so drove thirty minutes only to be sent out in 15 seconds. She was more concerned with helping a familiar customer instead of making new one. I was more offended than I have been in a very long time and am very understanding when it comes to customer service. She needs a lesson in southern hospitality and more importantly professionalism."
