The piercings weren't even, and when I went back to address the situation, I was told the placement was fine and that I just didn't understand the positioning. So, by recommendation, I came here to see if I could get some help. The woman (Michelle maybe?) was so sweet and helpful. She validated my concern and promised to help. She ensured I fully understood what she was going to do and how it would look. Now I love my piercings! Her room that she has is awesome and set up in a Harry Potter theme. During the few minutes I was there it was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Michelle is definitely your go to."

"Went in for a third earlobe piercing on both sides and the experience was great, she made me feel very welcomed and kept the conversation flowing so I wasn't nervous whatsoever. Took less then 10 minutes and was $60 which is amazing compared to Clare's that uses a gun and charges $80. The whole vibe of the shop was chill, definitely recommend for ear piercings!"
