Trying to reach them is very frustrating and when you finally do, they don’t help. I have been trying to get a claim number for 4 weeks. They kept telling me they will email it to me and after 2 weeks of them telling me that I asked them what my email is and they didn’t even have it."

"I'd leave negative stars if I could - I actually don't know who is worse Clear Blue or their TPA CCMSI. They give FL insurers a bad name with their bad faith handling and awful customer service. Highly recommend an attorney if you have to deal with these people, they do not play by the rules."
