"First day getting braces. The staff was very friendly. The Dental Hygienist explained the process so we knew what to expect during visit. The calm environment was a warm welcome as well. We look forward to our journey here towards a straight and healthy smile."

"Never spoke to the dentist. I think if my son needs his braces off treatment would be better explained by her I had questions concerns that weren’t answered. I agreed to phases of treatment. Yet have to sign an agreement of removal for that treatment the same day when there not even being removed today. The treatment is at discretion of the dentist to move to next phase. Isn’t removing them just as harmful????? Not to include our appoint was at 11:00am had written down in my phone when it was made. I called earlier in the week to see if earlier appointment was available. One wasn’t so we kept the appointment then we arrived earlier they stated the appointment wasn’t till 11:45am. I also wasn’t allowed back with him."

"I love the efficiency of this office. I am in and out of here in 15 mins or less every time. They can give lessons on how to respect your own time and other peoples' as well."

"Waited 10 minutes past appointment time. No apology or explanation. 6 weeks ago I had to sign a paper saying I couldn't be late. We live 3 hours away and was stuck in traffic which made us 10 min late. What's the difference between Last visit and this visit?"

"The staff are very nice but not the most upfront when it comes to explaining payment. I was told that the fees I paid for my retainer adjustment could go toward the cost of a new retainer if the adjustments did not work. And because I could not remember the name of the office staff member who told me this, I was told that no one remembers telling me this and that it is not true. I don't see how I could have made something like that up. Disappointed that things weren't explained truthfully/clearly and now I've paid $103 for a retainer I can't wear. While they were polite and kind, it was just disappointing."
