Wadesboro Park

"The playground was nice and I play on There was bottle lids everywhere which is a choking hazard to my 9-month-old and my 2-year-old I feel very very uncomfortable haven't took videos of a couple gentlemen there just staring at my children I went to go up to the one car and as I back my vehicle up towards him because it was really uncomfortable put his hat down to where all I seen was his hat and not his head I think if you're going to have a public area like this there should be more surveillance for the single mothers with children for creeps that are trying to watch them I was very disappointed"

"Very nice park, really clean with a lot of people, of all ages, out walking the day that I went, so it definitely felt safe. This park is very clean, has pavilions, rest rooms and a mini playground for kids. The size is large enough for the town to host different festivals like I've seen other towns do. They would need to create a plan for parking, but I'm sure it could be done."

"A really nice park tucked away for relaxing. A wonderful place for that lunch getaway, or a kid friendly playground for the little ones. Covered areas for that get-together to enjoy a meal, picknick tables and grills, with convenient bathrooms with locking doors for your privacy. It bost the city memorial part for those that server, along with a paved walking path, and a book nook to grab a new book or drop off for your books for others to enjoy."

"Beautiful space. There is a picnic shelter with a grill a play area for children and a walking trail. There are bathrooms near the picnic area as well. It seems to stay busy a lot on weekends it's more quiet during weekdays."

"Great park in Wadesboro right off of Morven Rd. The park entrance is on the corner of Gatewood St and Center St and offers plenty of parking. Two shelters with picnic tables (one with running water and sink), bathrooms, playground for children and a great walking/jogging trail that is measured. Some of the best views in Wadesboro. Call town hall to reserve shelter(s)."
