"Got to love it when doctors tell one story and nurse tells another. Last time we use this hospital. Just tell the truth from the get go and not leave me waiting for hours and not tell us nothing. Doctor never gave us a name and wouldn’t give us a name or put name on paper work."

"This review is regarding the outpatient nutrition counseling department located in this building: I chose help from Atrium because my previous nutritionists did not accept my insurance, and they were expensive. Both said I had some vitamin deficiencies. During my visit with Atrium, I was surprised with the lack of knowledge and understanding displayed by my practitioner. My conditions were ignored and overlooked. As some one who struggles with low blood sugar and abnormally low a1c, this is very concerning. I've been working with Atrium for over 10 years, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and unfruitful. I've received more care in two visits with my previous nutritionists than I've received from Atrium in 10 entire years. As soon as I'm able, I'm dropping Atrium and returning to my previous practitioners. I will continue to seek care elsewhere."

"DR.ANGELA KATELYN JOHNSON IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL On my visit there Friday 12/28/23 she walked in the room with her hands in her pockets ....looked at all 6 of us & said " you got the whole crew with you". Then she said "they have the flu because they were around others in the home that had it". She didnt pick up the paperwork at all to see what was going on with them...she did not do any tests either... The whole time still had her hands in her pockets, walked out of the room. 15 minutes later the nurse came in with the discharge papers. The only reason i gave 1 star was because it would not let me post w/o it..."

"Great experience! All of the staff were amazing. We don’t typically go to Atrium but went there and it exceeded our expectations! Dr. Christopher is who we saw in the ED and he went above and beyond. He had gone over all of her records before coming in and was very knowledgeable on her medical history. He was very thorough with her and took his time to make sure he knew all of our concerns. We were extremely pleased with the nurses as well. If we have to make another trip to the ED we will definitely be choosing here."

"Have had multiple experiences with ED and PCP unfortunately. Have NEVER been impressed with care received at this location. Latest interaction was better and ED doc communicated and treated me well with the ineffectivity of the facility in mind. It also almost cost me my ENTIRE LEFT LEG and over a MONTH of constant torture. Orthocarolina was worse than most drive thru restaurants as well. Thank goodness I was finally able to get transpo to adult ED @ main. Immediately required 5 surgeries in 9 days to keep my leg."
