"Alan pierced my nose and he was incredible. I’ve only ever had my lobes pierced and was very nervous about having my nose pierced. Alan was very knowledgeable and it was super cool to know that he handmade the jewelry that he was piercing me with. He explained everything to me throughout the process and asked before touching me and piercing. He was super sweet and put me at ease, making conversation to distract me because I was nervous. The piercing ended up being quick and not very painful. It was over before I knew it and I walked away with a great new piercing. I’d definitely recommend, especially for anyone with sensitive skin as the jewelry is all nickel free and made in house. Even though I live in Knoxville, I’ll definitely be back for future piercings!"

"So I've been getting pierced here for years and from the get go I always felt at ease. Going to places like this can be intimidating, but the staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions. Their jewelry is amazing and all made with real gold (yellow, rose, and white). So many options and 100% worth it if you have sensitive ears. I believe I've gotten pierced by all current staff at this point, and I have no complaints about anyone. This last time, Inez was amazing. They actually talked me through what I wanted and made sure to let me know that what I did want probably wouldn't be the best option for my ear anatomy. They helped me decide on some different options and I walked out with three new piercings. Cannot recommend Bella enough to be honest and you won't go wrong with any of the staff because they're all incredibly knowledgeable and won't do you dirty."
