"I went here to order windows. They took measurements and said they will call back. I waited 2 weeks and called back myself. They told that the person who took the order on vacation .... That is, they do not care about the customers who are waiting ... I will not order windows from here again. And that's how you lose customers. I am a contractor and I was looking for windows for 3 projects."

"I placed a "special" ordered weeks ago for a porch railing and spindles, also picked up some facia. The newer sales guy Joe gave me high pricing. I had to have the product so I reluctantly paid for the order. About 1 hour later I called back and asked nicely if a manager could look into pricing. He was pretty cool about it and knocked off a few dollars. The order showed up wrong. Keep in mind I showed sales guy Joe actual samples of what was needed. The other sales guys were happy to try to help figure out solutions, but this Joe guy has done nothing but take my money and waste my time. I have called up there 3 times this past week trying to pick up the "fixed" order he promised 2 weeks ago. He didn't return my 2 phone calls yesterday and is starting to prove he just doesn't care. I have a unfinished job, that reflects poorly on me...if I can't finish jobs, how can I order more materials from you guys for the next one? I asked you guys to be fair with pricing, apparently that means sacrificing any kind of descent customer service."
