"I have been extremely impressed with Shop Fencing. Recently I purchased fencing products from this company sight unseen. As a homeowner and D-I-Yer I was frustrated by the high prices and high minimum quantities from other companies including the large hardware retailers. Despite my relatively small order, the team at Shop Fencing personally worked with me to ensure that their products met my needs and my budget. Items shipped to me arrived in perfect condition – well packages with no damage whatsoever. The shipment was on time as confirmed. I had reason to drive from the Raleigh NC area to Fort Mill to pick up additional materials. My order was ready and the team helped load and secure my materials. This is the first time I have purchased fencing, and the customer support was excellent. As an aside, I went into the warehouse where my order, and a host of other orders were ready for pickup. Everything was neat and clean - nothing was out of place - there was no trash on the floor - nothing was jammed in. Once I returned home, I reinspected all of the materials, and as before, everything was perfect. The posts and the panels were in perfect condition. All holes and bracket cutouts were machined perfectly with no burrs. I am not a fence expert but I appreciate quality products and superior customer service both of which I believe I received at Shop Fencing."

"I ordered a full fence for my pool, They handled every step in helping me get all the parts i needed to build my own fence. It arrived super fast. There were a couple pieces missing, and Lucy was extremely helpful in getting all the pieces to me, even after it had been awhile until I noticed. This is the proper way to treat customers, I would highly recommend them for pricing, customer service, and quality Fencing. Will definitely use them again."

"I recently ordered and received incorrect posts. Spoke with a customer service person who said that they would send out replacement parts since there was an error "sorry this happens on occasion" No problem I thought, everyone is busy. Then I had to prove to them the order was incorrect. in the end, I wouldn't receive the correct parts for a week or more delaying my project and they wouldn't help with any type of quick ship or discount due to their error. Good product, poor service."

"I want to start by saying last year working with them was great. This year is ridiculous, they have not answered the phone for a month and a half. We ordered 2 aluminum fences over 3 months ago and they delivered the panels on one delivery and the panels again on the second delivery. I still have NO posts. I can't install either fence with no posts. Do you plan on delivering the posts at all?"

"Update: I was able to go get my order and they promised me that my next order would be on time. It is clear that their business is growing extremely fast and keeping up with the demand is the issue. When I was at the store it did take a while but everyone was friendly and working hard. I have upgraded my rating because of this experience. I will send out another update after I receive my next order. Hopefully this was just a fluke as they adjust to the increase in business. I currently have two orders pending with this company. I have been told that they are shipping my order 3 different times over the past 3 weeks. I still have not received my orders. I even offered to come get it. I have left several messages and emails with no reply's. I don't know what is going on with them. The times that I spoke prior to this issue they were great but since then it has not gone well."
