"My 2 sons and I were there for the first time Wednesday around 1:45pm. We were excited and it was the boys first time ever snowboarding! We waiting on ticket line as I was waiting I watched all 3 lines and the process of people in front of me. The middle ticket booth came available for us to purchase out tickets. Told the young girl how many tickets and she gave me the price and I gave her my card. She took the card then asked for my ID I said it's in the car in the parking lot because I don't drink so I didn't need it. She I said well you didn't ask previous people for ID she rolled her eyes and laughed and said I asked everyone I said no you didn't but I'll go get my ID. So I went and got my ID waited in line again the first ticket booth came available and the other young lady took my card and swiped my card with out asking. The young lady in the middle booth was definitely difficult and lying and rolling her eyes to a paying customer and profiling me hard. This isn't customer service. I wasn't rude but she definitely was. However we enjoyed our time. But they need to stick with consistency and train the employees to handle their eye rolls."
"We had a good experience as new snowboarders. This place was absolutely packed all day and they could make the all-day + night skiing a little easier. Online we were only offered a 4 hour or 6 hour option and had to upgrade our 6 hour tickets by waiting in a line. The guys fitting rental boots did a great job but the line was long and the process was slow so be prepared to wait if you are renting gear. Locker fee was $5 which was reasonable. Overall for first timers there are smaller, less busy slopes."
"First time doing snowboarding & it was a great experience. Good equipment & nice service. Totally recommended."
"It's not currently open just yet... So I really can't comment on it. But I'll still give you three stars... I saw a now hiring sign for the season....."
"I had a great time with my family. My daughter liked that there were two beginner slopes. It gave her a chance to test herself on a beginner slope that had similar terrain to the greens. One slope is for kids only, but we walked through it with her until she got her sea legs back. It was very busy on the Saturday we visited. We were expecting that. We were not expecting the crowds of people waiting for the chair lifts. There were no lines, it was just masses of people waiting and cutting. The staff was pleasant. They seemed concerned for the safety of the guests, but didn't try to control the kids sledding, line management, or goofing off on the lifts. I'm one for rules, so it drove me a little crazy. Overall it was a nice resort that is close to home and we will return. We will probably time it better and only stay for the early morning or evening runs to miss the busiest time."
