"Don’t sign the contract! It’s a ploy to trap you into being required to buy t-shirts while your kid doesn’t progress in any meaningful way. High turnaround for instructors as well. And the salesman sitting at the desk will lie to get you to sign up. I have several friends that also signed contracts and ended up pulling their kids out but had to continue paying. Awful people whose focus is on money and not the children."

"Big shout out to Ms. Kennedy for leading a fantastic birthday party at PMA Farragut and her masterful handling of two dozen rowdy 6-year-olds. All the kids had a blast and the party continued to be a hot topic of conversation the following at school from what I’ve heard."

"This is a chain that only cares about your money. Over the course of three years, my son had over 10+ instructors. We never got any warning or notice about the change. We would just show up and there would be a new one. Each instructor had their own style that the kids basically had to start over to learn. So whenever my son made progress with an instructor, he would just disappear. Then a new one would come in, not knowing or caring what my son had already over come. Each one had different standards and requirements, so the kids would get confused. Any time I voiced a concern or issue I was told, "You signed up with the company, not an instructor." (They will get on here and say they send out texts now to alert parents of instructor changes, but that was a suggestion from a parent that happened within the first year we were there, and they are not consistent with it.) They lure the parents in to get them to join as well or even "work" there for free. I saw many moms doing jobs that they didn't need to be doing or even errands the owners/instructors could have done. It reminded me of a MLM scheme. They don't communicate well, hardly responding to messages ever. There were multiple times that we showed up for class and the studio would be closed. But honestly, the biggest thing was the lack of caring about the kids. They don't see your kids, just dollar bill signs."

"AMAZING! The instructors, the classes, the other students! I have 3 kids attending and they look forward to it each day! Both Ms Leah and Mr Mike are amazing to work with and really care about the kids in each class. Hands down a great experience for both my kids and myself, especially since just moving to TN. It is more than a karate class, so much more! Would highly recommend taking their free personal lesson to allow the children to determine their own growth path! Excited to be part of a Family with Premier!"
