"Terrible experience! If you have a Mastercard debit card they won’t let you run it as credit, they make you use your pin! My bank specifically told me not to ever use the pin except for at the bank ATM. I don’t know what their problem is, but I will NOT be back to Kroger. Kroger management needs their heads examined! Again, Kroger has lost my business and I subject others to shop elsewhere as well! If zero stars were an option on here, they would get zero stars from me."

"Currently standing in the deli line and it has been over 30 minutes (watch your video if you doubt me). I called the store and spoke with Mark, Mike??, he said he would send help, it has now been another 15 minutes NO ONE!! I watched 4 other customers wait a few and then leave. Pathetic display of scheduling, managing and covering your outlets. This location needs close supervision, something is failing somewhere!"

"Y’all need to learn to clean the bathrooms before the store opens, I stop by for work every morning before my job opens to get a drink and breakfast and every time I have to use the rest room it’s blocked off being cleaned, don’t you think it would make sense to do it before? Common sense."

"7:44 on 10.16.23…like 15 people in self checkout and employees standing around all over the place taking and goofing off. It’s always amazing to me, you can’t hire enough people to check someone out but there’s always enough ugh to be standing around…I wish someone would do it like it should be done. Serve the customer instead of acting like you are doing them a favor by having the doors open."

"The Farragut Kroger has most of what you need but may be missing some of those high priced items like steak, shrimp, and escargot because, well...Farragut. Also, the gas station is closer to the red light than it is to the store, don't pass it up!"
