This time around, I placed an online order instead and there was a very minor issue. They contacted me immediately via phone and email to give me all the possible alternatives. They also let me switch the pickup location. Everything was ready in less than an hour, and the staff were so friendly when I picked up. I believe it was Ellen ( I forgot to get her name) that took such an amazing approach to helping me find shoes that not only worked around each issue but made me feel so important and cared about.
