"At first I really enjoyed the experience, my son's teacher was amazing. I think she ended up leaving after a week though. Then it just started to feel like a mad house. Over crowded, class jumping, inexperienced staff and quite a few parents that didn't seem to care about their children at all. It's a great place, if you just need somewhere to take your child and dont really mind if there are no relationships being built. For some it may work, but for me it did not. I've since moved my LO to a local Christian daycare and I couldn't be happier. Its the corporate built daycares that just lose touch with the children- because numbers seem to be too priority. Advice to management: Stop trying to pack them in like sardines, so there's more of an opportunity for your teachers to breathe and have more one on one time with the children. Quality over quantity is what's best for the kids. Start holding some of the parents accountable for careless attitudes towards their own children."

"We've had our 2.5 year old daughter at this facility since she was 15 months old. Basically all of this time has been during COVID, but we think they've handled everything about as well as they possibly could have. My daughter loves going to daycare, has tons of friends, talks about her teacher, Miss Elaine, like part of the family, and was basically completely potty trained for us! They love our daughter so much, always plan fun activities, communicate well via their app with cute pictures, the meals are varied and healthy, and I love how diverse my daughter's class is. It's such a good group of kids, and it makes me rest easy at work knowing she's there."

"My daycare fell through last minute so I had to find a center ASAP for my son to attend until April, thought I was lucky to find a spot at La Petite. But after visiting I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE. Office area was junky and dirty. The person who was at the desk couldn't show me around or speak to me because they were short staffed and she had to help out. I understand--but my name and your time was written on a whiteboard in the office, and the director, who I spoke to to save my spot the day before, was out. I would have gladly came at another time when I could have met the director and had a real tour. Also I was concerned that a day care was short staffed- aren't there regulations on teacher/student ratio? The infant class teachers were lovely and very nice to me, but their room was also dirty. The armchair looked like it had days of food and spit up on it, and there was empty boxes and trash on the floor. I think they just had to work with the resources they were given, they seemed like very caring teachers---they were not my problem at all. I left without enrolling and found another center. Also sent this info to corporate."

"I had a bad experience with another daycare in the area so I found this facility and told the lady about my previous experience. She assured me that my daughter was welcome. She gave me hope! She said she would hold the spot for my daughter but she had to check with corporate to see if my daughter could go into a 3yr old room because she was not potty trained. Because she was upfront I was ok with it. About 3 weeks later she called me and told me corporate agreed but I just needed to fill out one more form. She sent it to me and I filled it out and emailed it right back to her. Its been 2 wks. Children with disabilities are NOT welcome here !!!"

"I highly recommend this institute for parents looking for a safe and loving place to leave their kids while they are away at work. This location is filled with teachers and staff that are passionate about their job and the kids that attend there. My daughter is 2 now but have been going there since she was 10 months. It wasn't easy at first to leave her being that she is my only child, but with the pictures and updates throughout the day it put all my fears away. Its not just a childcare center, but a place where kids learn academics and how to interact with others their ages. The kids receive three well balanced meals with snacks in between and a numerous amount of love and attention together and one on one."
