And… as to that one review about the emails… That’s not on Kevin Rock nor can The Rock do anything about it. Once you give your email to a large company and they add you to their email list (and there is a series of emails that will follow) YOU have to deal with their IT office to be removed. Or you can just add them to your junk mail."

"YOU WILL BE SORRY IF, you go anywhere Else! (Let’s just say that when I DID work, my field of practice, involved arguing, with every insurance company. So I am well versed in what they do, and how they do it.) the Kevin Rock Agency, was the 1st time, an insurance agent made me feel like a person, like their client, who had my back, (rather than a number). I came to them, after a total loss, because my insurance company dropped me. Now let me tell you something about having any kind of disaster; even when it’s not your fault, or anyone’s fault, you can, and just might, be dropped. You could, be deemed ‘uninsured’(that’s not the real term but you get the idea). Because I suffered a disaster and lost everything, (that was no one’s fault) I was not finding an insurance company to cover my new home…. Until Kevin Rock. And.. he gave me rates that were thousands LESS than what I HAD been paying! This agency, goes above and beyond, to make sure you have the best coverage, at the lowest rates! I should know! & More than money is TRUST! His office spent hours with me, making sure I have everything (coverage) I need/want, and nothing I don’t, (like, who knew that towing was less than $4 a month on my policy?{im sure it’s different with every policy}) I was referred to Kevin Rock by my father and now I see why. I have sent my friends and my children there. Now they all use him. Good Lord they even have Ap too! You can do everything through that Ap! Look, Kevin Rock was born to do this work. He has the experience and is clearly living his purpose, it shows! He has a fantastic personality, and a great sense of humor. He has a wonderful staff, that are all qualified and have always helped me right away when I needed it. I’ve never had to wait for anything. Hey, if you have ever been like me: at the DMV, at 4:45 pm, after waiting in line 3 hours, and realize you forgot a form, and you have to call your insurance agent (praying they will be open, will pick up the phone & will be able to give you what you need) and Kevin Rock answers your call personally, amends your policy and emails you the form, Before You Hang Up the CALL, then you understand why I will ALWAYS stick with this Agent! "I got an unsolicited request from Kevin Rock Allstate agency to quote. Biggest mistake I ever made. I got barraged with automated emails (welcome to Allstate, eSign this, etc) All of this right upfront BEFORE any finalized numbers. Let them know that I had NOT committed to changing to Allstate, more than once. Started with auto. They pressed for house info for quote. I said no as their car insurance quote was MUCH higher than my current and that was a big stumbling block to get my business. They were "working on it." Automated emails kept on coming. Finally, after 3 days of a barrage of automated emails, I sent an email stating they had an opportunity to quote and did NOT get the business. The following week I got an auto policy in the mail with a welcome to Allstate. How? I never accepted or signed anything in any manner, shape or form. Forgery of my signature / consent? After I complained and wanted a name who put my signature / consent on this policy, they replied that it was taken care of, along with a very snide and unprofessional reply from the agency's namesake. Taken care of? What does that mean? The following week I get .... a house policy. Never asked for one. Apparently everything was NOT taken care of. Never signed / consented. Another forgery? Their reply ... everything has been cancelled. And what about forgery of consent / signature?? And then came the letter from NCDMV stating that Allstate had reported a lapse in coverage? Contact this insurance company at your own and then you will go through the same mental stress that I am. And at my age, stress is a very negative thing. Filed complaint with NC Dept of Insurance. The results ... I am vindicated!"

"It takes forever to hear back from anybody. Then when you want to make sure your fully covered for something specifically they will tell u what insurance u need and then not sign you up for it . They even said it was active n how much more it will be and then nothing was done. I don't even know if I'm insured as I should be bc they won't call me back. If they weren't the lowest rates i would of dropped them. Now questioning if I'm covered enough."
