"Took my car here in July for a routine oil change. No problems and was happy with the service, so I took it back this month for its next change. Only this time I was told that the valve was stripped and they couldn’t get it off to do the change. Had to take it to a mechanic to fix who told me that it was messed up pretty bad. So either they put it back on wrong in September, or they did something to it when they were taking it off this time. Either way, between that and them almost charging my fiancee for the wrong type of oil, I’m never going back."

"I was told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait time. They didn't start the safety inspection until I had waited 40 minutes. Overall time was right at 1 hour which is unacceptable for a 10 minute inspection. If I had known that I would have to wait that long, I would have gone to the Havoline Express that I normally use and would probably been in and out in 15 minutes. I will not return to "jiffy lube"."
